What is SHREDZ?

SHREDZ is a unique program based on science. Our philosophy is to attack the fat cells in the body. Most important in our program is to customize a body that the individual is happy with. Based on our research, everyone's DNA and genetics are different. Shredz is a program customized for you.

    SHREDZ is backed by scientific research. The SHREDZ Program is designed to attack the fat cells in the body. Fat cells, or adipocytes, release molecules called adipokines, which can either be pro-inflammatory or anti-inflammatory depending on their size and health. In lean, metabolically healthy individuals, adipocytes primarily release anti-inflammatory adipokines, while hypertrophic (enlarged) fat cells found in overweight individuals tend to release more pro-inflammatory adipokines, contributing to inflammation and tissue damage. Through exercise, SHREDZ helps stimulate a process called "beiging," where white fat cells—typically storing large fat droplets with minimal energy output—are transformed to resemble brown fat cells, which are more energy-efficient due to their higher mitochondrial content. This metabolic shift helps burn more fat, reducing pro-inflammatory adipokines and promoting a healthier fat cell profile.

Meet Coach Nat

Hi, I’m Coach Nat, the founder of SHREDZ, a program that attacks fat cells and builds your body to the best shape it can be.

Originally from a small town in western Massachusetts, I now call St. Petersburg, FL, home. My journey into coaching began in 2019 after earning my Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Rather than following the traditional nursing path, I decided to focus on prevention, taking a proactive approach to health. Since then, I’ve helped hundreds of women achieve their goals through my online coaching.

My inspiration to create SHREDZ came from my own struggles with weight loss. For years, I tried countless diets and programs, only to find myself in a frustrating cycle of losing weight, then quickly gaining it back. I knew there had to be a better way—a program that could offer real, lasting results without the constant stress and struggle. After diving deep into research about the human body, psychology, and fat cells, I developed SHREDZ, a program that is not only effective but enjoyable.

What makes SHREDZ unique is that it doesn’t rely on motivation or adrenaline to get started. We meet you exactly where you are, understanding that everyone’s journey is different. Taking your genetics, cravings, and lifestyle, SHREDZ is tailored to fit you. In the first 90 days, real changes happen both in the mind and body, making fitness feel like a rewarding experience rather than a chore.

Having been through my own struggles with weight and body image, I understand what many of my clients are going through. I’ve been there—unhappy with how I looked in photos, feeling a lack of control over food, and wondering if extreme measures might be my only option. SHREDZ was born from that understanding.

In addition to my online coaching, I host pop-up events in New England and Tampa Bay, where attendees can get a taste of the SHREDZ experience and connect with others in the community.
